    About This Library

    The Policy Library is maintained by the Office of Legal Operations and Institutional Compliance and is updated as policies are revised. Each document carries an institutional ID, a review cycle, and a next-review date, published in the Policy Review Schedule (INF-007). A document marked Draft is not in effect. A document marked Review Due remains in effect until it is revised.

    Searching

    Type a keyword or phrase and press Enter. Results rank by title matches first, then full-text matches across the policy.

    Browsing

    Use the left sidebar to expand a category, then select a policy. A lock marks a document or collection that is not available through the public library.

    Sharing & saving

    Every policy has a permanent URL. Click any heading in a policy to copy a deep link, or use Copy link in the toolbar.

    Print & PDF

    Use Print for a clean printout, or Download to open a printable window — save as PDF from your browser.

    Printouts are paginated in a dedicated window so the running header, footer, and page numbers come out identically in Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari.
